One of Hyderabad’s prominent vaccine companies has recently undergone the USFDA audit for its manufacturing facility. The USFDA authority has approved the facility without issuing any observation. The facility is installed with equipment such as Steam Sterilisers and Pure Steam Generator manufactured by Pharmalab. It gives us a sense of satisfaction while contributing to our customer’s success stories and congratulating them for their achievements.

At Pharmalab, we believe that while introducing advanced technology that offers better solutions to our customers, it should be backed with necessary resources that enable our customers to make better decisions. In line with the same, we have built a mobile pilot RVDF (Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter) to enable our customers to conduct multiple trials at their manufacturing plant. This facility will help them check the suitability and performance of the technology with their own products. In addition, this facility allows our customers to visualise the outcome of adopting the technology and gives them an opportunity to identify the necessary customisation required to make the best possible use of the system.

Pharmalab has successfully installed and commissioned Super-Heated Water Spray Sterilizer (SHWS) in Dubai. It is the first project to process unique self-collapsible bottles. These exclusive self-collapsible bottles are extremely heat-sensitive that can easily get deformed with minor variations in temperature & pressure. The challenge was to develop a cycle with extreme precision, and our team have successfully developed the cycle and tested it within the shortest time.

Pharmalab has successfully completed FAT of an advanced Rotating Carriage Sterilizer built for one of the Gujarat-based customers. This advanced sterilizer features ease of engaging and locking the carriage with fingertips from outside the chamber, eliminating strenuous activity for operating personnel. Moreover, the system facilitates cycle validation using multiple wireless sensors and a data logger, enabling load temperature measurement while the load is under rotation during sterilization. The sterilizer will be used in emulsion sterilization at the customer’s manufacturing facility
