Successfully completed manufacturing of U – STAMP PSG
Pharmalab successfully completed the production of the first Pure Steam Generator (PSG) with a ‘U’ stamp complying with the ASME Standard. Having achieved this milestone, Pharmalab is now ready to fulfil the ‘U’ stamp related requirements of customers across the globe.

Breakthrough in WFI output production
Achieving the production of a higher output of WFI by using high-pressure plant steam is always challenging and critical. Pharmalab announces a break through in achieving the highest output – 8650 LPh of WFI@7 bar pressure and 9584 LPH of WFI output@8 bar pressure –with our 5000 LPH capacity WFI generation system. It is believed to be the highest of outputs achieved using this system across the Indian market.
Facility Upgradation
In view of providing better customer experience during FAT(Factory Acceptance Test), Pharmalab has added the Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant with a closed loop system to provide improved quality of utility and replicate the actual Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Additionally, to meet current and future demand, Pharmalab has also increased its boiler capacity for steam generation necessitated during the trials and FAT.

SEMINAR
MECO-Pharmalab HYDERABAD
The seminar on WFI generation focused on Vapour Compression and Falling film Evaporation. It was organised by Pharmalab & Meco and was succesfully completed on 18th Oct 2016 at Hotel Avasa, Hyderabad.
The Pharmalab-Meco team express our sincere gratitude to all the 35 participants for their time and input. It was a highly interactive session where in all aspects of WFI generation were discussed.
SKAN-Pharmalab AHMEDABAD
We as the Pharmalab-SKAN team received an overwhelming response to the Isolator Technology seminar organised jointly by Pharmalab & SKAN on 26th November 2016 at Hotel The Fern in Ahmedabad.
We deeply appreciate the represtation of all major Pharmaceutical companies in the region (15 companies & 58 attendees). It was a productive and insightful day spent discussing the various aspects of Isolator Technology within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
SKAN-Pharmalab HYDERABAD
The Pharmalab & SKAN team received a great response to the Isolator Technology Seminar organised on 28th November 2016 at Hotel Avasa in Hyderabad.
It was delightful event enhanced by the participation of over 73 attendees from 16 companies across the South India region. Leading to quality discussions, insights and ideas were exchanged throughout the day in context of the current scenario and the future of Isolator Technology for the Pharmaceutical industry.
De-Rouging Seminar – Hospital Division
The Pharmalab-Hospital Division, in association with HSSA-Mumbai, conducted a seminar on De-Rouging at Saifee Hospital, Mumbai on 20th December 2016.
The seminar was intended to discuss the effect of rouge on the hospital sterilizer and the gentle process of de-rouging with the CSSD team of hospitals across Mumbai. It was an interactive and insightful session that involved the active participation of over 37 attendees.
