I, Santosh Mulge, have pursued Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from BAMU University, Aurangabad. My career expands to more than two decades, particularly in Projects and Sales associated roles. I have been actively working for the pharmaceutical regulatory market that includes API, Finished Dosage Formulation and Biotechnology.
It has been a decade since I have joined the Exports Sales team at Pharmalab. Back then, the team focused on the Middle East & African markets. With the vision to increase Pharmalabās footprints in the global market, we worked towards increasing our presence in Southeast Asia, Europe, Russia, Australia and the Americas.
For any organization, the decision to set their feet on foreign land is challenging. It requires extensive research on the need of each of the target market and their acceptance. Similar obstacles were encountered by our team when we sought to increase our presence in the global market years ago. Building a positive perception of the global pharmaceutical producers towards Indian manufacturers required efforts. Zero deviation from quality standards and compliance to the region-specific regulatory requirements was a prerequisite. The local āeconomicalā competition posed a threat.
With Pharmalabās vision to expand globally, we learnt, unlearnt, researched and developed products that complied to global standards. We partnered with our clients to understand their requirements and comply to their standards. As one of our growth strategies, we promoted the concept of āSolution Sellingā. This helped them connect with us and perceive us as āSolution Providerā for their customized needs. In the last two decades, we developed teams that worked closely with the end-users and helped them obtain their process solutions. We strengthened our customer support through our qualified engineering team and our local representatives in each country for ensuring 24×7 service along with seamless installation and commissioning.
Today, the Exports team has achieved its success thanks to continued efforts in the right direction, adopting defined growth strategies and planning appropriate actions to attain the final goal. As a department, we always aim to work together with perseverance to climb the ladder of success, hence, helping Pharmalab reach new heights as an Indian global company.
