Our cream and ointment plant is suitable for both sterile and non-sterile production of ointment, creams and emulsions. The ointment and cream plant consists of:
- Oil phase vessel (jacketed and agitated vessel)
- Water phase vessel (jacketed and agitated vessel)
- Manufacturing vessel for highly viscous product
- Intimate mixing Agitator with in-built or external Micro-Homogenizer having auto-lift top lid device & heating/cooling facility (provision available for mixing under vacuum conditions)
- Storage vessels with or without Agitators
