Welcome to the 2nd issue of Pharmalab’s newsletter, ‘TECH SPARK’.
It has been Pharmalab’s tradition to offer quickest and reliable after sales service to all our customers across the world. We strongly believe that customers expect to enjoy the total experience of engaging with Pharmalab and not just with the operation of particular equipment. By providing reliable and consistent service, we try to achieve our goal of “Customer Delight”. With a team comprising 30 trained engineers and technicians, we try and reach customers in the shortest possible time and resolve complex mechanical or automation related issues that may be faced on field.
We are working hard to take our service function at a new level by linking service complaints to our design & manufacturing team at the same time, so that there is a rhythm amongst inter department functions. This directly helps us in new feature or product development plans giving “future ready” strategy a new push.
We work closely with all our suppliers and vendors particularly in the field of Automation and logic control, so that customized software development, adherence to GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance etc are seamlessly offered to our customers.
Our quality policy has inspired us to engage full time shop floor presence of engineers from third party inspection agencies like Bureau Veritas & Lloyds.
Each and every manufacturing step is witnesses and quality is assessed by inspectors from these companies to ensure efficacy and close tolerances with which we work on all our processes.
We hope to continue to engage with all our customers to improve our quality and services further.
