Pharmalab today is a popular name in filtration equipment. Filtration solutions have been one of the core business areas of the company and Filter press is being manufactured at Pharmalab since its foundation years. We not only supply equipment but offer Solution by understanding the process and customer requirement in detail. This approach has helped us serve our customer satisfactorily for more than 40 years now.
Today, we serve a wide range of customers, both nationally & internationally, and in various industries such as Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverages, Paint, Agro-chemical and Distillery. We provide the solution for various application in different sectors, to name a few
- A cutting-edge technology for API manufacturers for solvent filtration to remove odour, colour & suspended particles
- Resin filtration in the Paint industry for filtration of unreacted mass
- Final polishing of IMFL for bottling units
- Pre-filters & final filters for Honey & Dates syrup filtration

Pharmalab being a technology-driven company has always believed in offering the latest technology to the customer to help them grow at an unprecedented pace. To achieve this, Pharmalab works on two different strategies, i.e. a) Develop product in-house through continuous research and development and b). Collaborate with technology leader worldwide.
Pharmalab today has several international collaborations with technology leaders across the globe. These collaborations are for various sterile applications, cleaning application, healthcare application and filtration application. In the filtration area, Pharmalab has collaborated with the U.S based Filtration Systems to offer liquid filter bags. Filtration Systems is known worldwide for its industrial liquid filtration products. It provides high-quality filter bags with its unique patented ultrasonic lamination process and 100% complying to FDA.
In addition to the standard filtration products like Horizontal Plate Filter Press, Vertical Plate Filter Press (Plate & Frame type) and Filter housings, Pharmalab has recently launched two new filtration products: 1) Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter (RVDF) and 2). Automatic Horizontal Plate Filter (AHPF). These new products were developed 100% in-house by our R&D team. This product development is the results of our team efforts towards Pharmalab vision of “Excellence through Customer Satisfaction”. The team have worked closely with the various customers to understand their requirement and evolved with these two solutions. The RVDF offers a solution to continuous filtration requirement and higher productivity demands in addition to filtering slurry where solid and liquid or both are the desired products. On the other hand, AHPF offers higher efficiency for liquid filtration of large volume operations by eliminating manpower intervention and reduced change over time. These new products are gradually becoming popular in the market.
