The Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter from our filtration division is getting attention in the API-BD industry for its ability to offer efficient filtration solutions. Pharmalab has completed the FAT of RVDF for one of the giant Biotech companies in India. The RVDF will replace the conventional filtration system in their existing plant. The 1.7 m2 equipment is designed to carry out filtration in continuous mode at -5°C with jacket provision.

Pharmalab has been serving the pharmaceutical industry across the globe. After bagging various projects from several US-based pharma companies, our export team has recently claimed a significant turnkey project with a New Jersey-based pharmaceutical company. This New Jersey-based company has selected Pharmalab as their partner to set up the clinical trial (R&D) and manufacturing line facility.

In the first phase of the project, Pharmalab will be supplying several “U” Stamped, and “UL” certified equipment such as a WFI generation system, Pure Steam Generator, Purified water generation system, Tanks and skid for PW & WFI, Combo Sterilizer (Ventilator + Steam Sterilizer) and Manufacturing vessels.

Pharmalab has successfully completed FAT of an advanced Rotating Carriage Sterilizer built for one of the Gujarat-based customers. This advanced sterilizer features ease of engaging and locking the carriage with fingertips from outside the chamber, eliminating strenuous activity for operating personnel. Moreover, the system facilitates cycle validation using multiple wireless sensors and a data logger, enabling load temperature measurement while the load is under rotation during sterilization. The sterilizer will be used in emulsion sterilization at the customer’s manufacturing facility
