Winning streak!
A major Indian pharmaceutical company based in southern India has placed its third order recently for Rubber Stopper Processor manufactured by HANAG Steriltechnik AG, Switzerland. HANAG is a company of the castusĀ® group, Pharmalabās technical partner and specialist for transfer systems (RTP). This win is a result of Pharmalabās customer-centric approach during execution of last two projects.
A unique feature of this model is that the vesselās lifting arrangement is mounted on the trolley itself and it does not require any permanent or fixed set up. This avoids the need of extra floorspace usually required in front of the isolator.
The processor is designed for washing and sterilizing rubber stoppers, plungers, caps of vials and cartridges required in filling applications. It reduces manual handling of stoppers and caps during transfer into isolator aseptically. The project will be executed their site soon.
