I have been associated with Pharmalab for 20 years now, ever since my joining in August 2001. Having done commerce graduation from Gujarat University as well as DCA and ADSM from Aptech, I have had an exciting journey from being an EDP supervisor to Manager – IT at Pharmalab. This journey has imparted tremendous know-how to draw solutions for the entire organization and meet the selective objectives.

Semi-Automatic Loading – Unloading system for Floor-mounted Sterilizer
Terminal sterilization is one of the essential processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Typically, a Super-heated water spray or Steam-Air mixture type sterilizer is employed to carry out terminal sterilization. The general application includes sterilization of HDPE/LDPE bottles, PVC multilayer pouches or glass bottles, large volume infusion solution in glass bottles & plastic bags.
BRAIN WAVE
Certain products need to be sterilized in its final sealed container as this permits the measurement and evaluation of quantifiable microbial lethality. This process is known as Terminal sterilization. The products sealed in its final container are usually made of glass or plastic material. During terminal sterilization, the pressure inside the container increases along with the temperature rise.
