Terminal sterilization of Prefilled Syringes
In the pharmaceutical industry, the usage of Prefilled Syringes is increasing and is further expected to accelerate. Prefilled syringes minimize drug waste, increase the product life span and are convenient to use. The completely assembled syringe needs to be sterilized and then packaged for later use to ensure sterility at the point of use.

In recent times, the accelerated growth of the pharmaceutical industry has caused demand for larger-volume production especially in the sterile manufacturing facilities. Water for Injection (WFI) is an essential requirement in these facilities, leading to the need of high-volume production of WFI.

PMEC, India – 2023
Pharmalab successfully participated in one of the biggest pharmaceutical tradeshows of the world – CPHI PMEC, India. The event took place between 28th – 30th November ’23 at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida in Delhi NCR. With 44,597 visitors from 116 countries the show served as big platform for client interactions for Pharmalab.
