HEAD OFFICE
UNIT 1 – STERILE EQUIPMENT DIVISION
Unit 1 is a brand new facility located at Santej in the outskirts of Ahmadabad with a total land area of 4,700 sq. mtrs. and operating with over 200 people.It has been specially designed and built for Research and Development with the ability to build and design Pharma grade equipment which have been conceptualized as per cGMP guidelines
The facility has the ability to conduct full capacity trials during FAT simulating Pharmaceutical Facility conditions like dry steam and purified water.
This facility is dedicated to the manufacturing and development of equipment used for the production of Sterile products. The range manufactured here includes WFI, Sterilizers, Washers, Disinfectors, Isolators and Freeze Dryers. The manufacturing activity in this unit uses the following special purpose machines.
- Automatic square chamber polishing machine
- Automatic polishing machine for paneling
- Orbital welding facility in isolated environment with all cGMP requirement and inspection facility by Boroscope instrument
- Surface Roughness testing facility
- Pipe cutting and facing machine
- Automatic CNC Pipe bending
UNIT 2 – PROCESS EQUIPMENT DIVISION
Located at Moraiya in the outskirts of Ahmedabad, this greenfield unit boasts a total land area of 4,800 sq. mtrs with over 175 people employed in the operations.
- This facility is dedicated to the manufacturing and development of Process Equipment
- Capacity of manufacturing tanks and Vessels up to 50 Kilo Litres is avaialable
- Automatic shell and dish polishing machines for a superior finish
- Separate facility for Electro polishing with state of the art technology having collaboration with Derustit – Germany
- Orbital welding facility and a separate inspection facility by Boroscope instrument
- Surface roughness testing facility
- Pipe cutting machine
- Automatic polishing machine for Pipes and tubes
UNIT 3 – PACKAGING DIVISION
Located at Santej in the outskirts of Ahmedabad, this unit ad-measures a total land area of 4,460 sq. mtrs and employs over 175 people in various manufacturing activities.
This facility is dedicated to the manufacturing and development of equipment used for packaging of liquid products. The range manufactured here includes Tunnel washing, Rotary Rinser, Linear Filling Line, Monoblock filling and Capping line, Automatic Hi-Speed Liquor line, Automatic Cream/paste Filling line, Automatic Powder Filling line. The manufacturing activity in this unit uses the following special purpose machines.
