Sterilizer with Rotating Carriage
Sterilizer with rotating carriages is based on the conventional sterilization principles and mainly used for products such as suspensions and emulsions. In this type of sterilizer, during operation the load is rotated at a predefined adjustable speed. Rotation helps maintain the stability and homogeneity of suspensions or emulsions and tries to prevent separation that might mainly occur due to the product being sterilized at higher temperatures.
When required, the equipment can be designed to facilitate accurate cycle validation of rotating loads through wireless temperature sensors and data loggers. Placement of multiple wireless sensors can be done in the load across the carriage. Temperatures across the multiple sensors can be recorded using data loggers and captured in the final sterilization cycle report.
