Tray Dryer
Drying is vital in manufacturing solid products for Pharmaceutical, chemical, specialty chemical, food processing, and other industries. Achieving desired dryness while maintaining product quality is critical to the technology used for drying. Tray driers are well-known for achieving the highest possible dryness of critical products while maintaining product quality. Two types of tray dryers are commonly used in the industry, a). Atmospheric Tray Dryer & b) Vacuum Tray Dryer.
Atmospheric Tray Dryers are typically used for general drying applications whereas Vacuum Tray Dryers are typically used for drying temperature-sensitive, hygroscopic products and recovery of high-value solvents is essential. ATMOSPHERIC TRAY DRYER

SALIENT FEATURES
- cGMP construction with contact parts SS 316 / SS 316L and non-contact SS 304.
- Channel type heating shelves for faster heat transfer rates.
- Axial flow type blower fans with variable pitch blades that adjust airflow to suits the product under drying.
- Tunnel type dryers wherein trolleys can be placed one behind the other and loading-unloading through the double door.
- Flame-proof construction with explosion flaps, non-sparking metal combinations, earthing chain, etc.
- Positive exhaust wherever required.
- Continuously wound and crimped fins for the heat exchanger in case of steam / thermic fluid heated models.
- Steam / thermic fluid heat exchanger tested at 20 Kg/cm2 hydraulically.
- The fans are made of AISI 304/316 driven by suitable motors.
VACUUM TRAY DRYER
